Our Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order (excluding custom-made items). To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item must not be part of our non-returnable products list (see below)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return or exchange your Brooklyn Designer Bathroom Furniture or other products:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.

- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Sheffield address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., different size of Bathroom Drawers or color of Black Bathroom Mirrors):
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly state in your email the item you wish to exchange for
- If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
