Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order (excluding custom-made items). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item must not be part of our non-returnable products list (see below)
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Cosmetic & Shaving Mirrors and Bathroom Mirrors with Shaver Socket unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom-made items like specific Countertop Vanity Units or Bathroom Furniture Sets configured to your specifications are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange your Brooklyn Designer Bathroom Furniture or other products:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Sheffield address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse):

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size of Bathroom Drawers or color of Black Bathroom Mirrors):

  • Follow the same process as returns
  • Clearly state in your email the item you wish to exchange for
  • If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
